Bruce Gordon
Founder and President
Bruce has been actively involved in flying to protect America’s public lands for nearly 30 years. His initiatives in the field have enabled him to meet and be honored by President Clinton, Vice President Al Gore and Presidential Figures of Costa Rica. His flying experience is varied and extensive. He has accumulated over 10,000 hours flying in over 10 countries around the world mostly in bush and mountainous conditions. Bruce is an ATP-commercial pilot with a multi-engine instrument instructor and floatplane rating. Passengers on his many environmental flight missions have included Ministers of foreign countries, Senators and Congressmen, and children of all ages who have participated in educational programs for the youth of the world. |

Jane Pargiter
Vice-President
Jane grew up in South Africa where the spectacular wild lands and abundant wildlife engendered her with a passionate love of the land. She has brought her love of the wild unspoiled areas of Africa to that of the Rocky Mountains. Jane strives to maintain a high level of education and advocacy in the EcoFlight programs and is committed to educating the youth in this country about their embattled environment. Jane is responsible for the grant writing and much of the program organization of EcoFlight, and has her private pilot's license.

Patsy Batchelder
Administrative Assistant
A California native, Patsy has spent her adult life enjoying the West and living in the Rocky Mountains. Environmental activism, numerous recreational pursuits and work at Sun Valley Magazine occupied her for 15 years in Ketchum/Sun Valley, Idaho before moving to Colorado in 1992. She spent 10 years in Vail before moving to Old Snowmass where she worked part time for the Sopris Foundation before joining EcoFlight in 2010. She serves on the board of the Sonoran Institute and the Snowmass Capitol Creek Caucus. She continues to travel extensively around the West and is passionate about protecting its wide open spaces.

Krysia Carter-Giez
Outreach Coordinator
A native of England, Emmy Award Winning editor Krysia Carter-Giez has over 20 years’ experience as an editor and director in documentary filmmaking. She worked for many years on acclaimed documentaries for the BBC and since moving to the US in 1992, has edited numerous award-winning series for PBS, Discovery Channel, National Geographic and Animal Planet. In addition to providing outreach and follow-up support, Krysia brings her environmental film expertise to help broaden the video content on the EcoFlight website.

Jonathan Kloberdanz
Staff Consultant - Multimedia Specialist
Jonathan is EcoFlight's in-house video-journalist, multimedia specialist and social media manager. He brings technical skills to the team in managing our evolving collection of aerial photos and videos. Jonathan works to make each flight more valuable by editing the content and sharing it through the EcoFlight website, Facebook and YouTube. Jonathan also uses Google Earth simulations along with GPS photo's to create interactive tours of the flights. He began his career as a documentary filmmaker while earning a Bachelor of Science in Business, with an emphasis on Computer Information Systems at Colorado State University in 2003. |

Dave Polovin
Bookkeeper
Dave has always followed his passion for the outdoors. He owned and operated a mountain bike tour and cross-country ski tour business for 16 years. He also taught outdoor education classes at Colorado Mountain College for many years. After selling his outdoor recreation company, Dave started a business specializing in small business bookkeeping and consulting.

Michael Gorman
Outreach/Staff Assistant
After growing up in the Roaring Fork Valley, Michael has learned a deep appreciation and connection to Colorado’s natural places. Michael has a degree in Park & Protected Area Management from Colorado State University and has developed an understanding and a passion for the protection of public lands. The combination of these led him back home to work for the environment. Michael works behind the scenes at EcoFlight, keeping everything running smoothly. . |
